I know this one is a wild flower in Alberta, but I only allow a small bunch to grow in my garden - the purple flowers are so awesome when they are in full bloom
The smell of the roses that broke off from this rose bush in front of my house (during a recent hail and wind storm) had the sweetest smell of any rose I have ever gotten from a store that I could ever remember...
So very fragrant, I could smell them forever.
The peonie blooms this year are just amazing - the span of this one is at least 5 inches and at least 2 1/2" high; so beautiful...
as are most of the flowers on this bush this year.
